paris

Paris represents many things to so many people. So they come, drawn to Paris, from every corner of the world. Every one adding more magic with their dreams and expectations. Whereas any place eventually becomes monotonous, it is special to have lived in a city where such an atmosphere becomes ordinary, anticipated and, even expected.

I found Paris to be a very feminine city. Such a sensual atmosphere, so pleasing to women from Tehran to Buenos Aires, provides a civilizing effect on almost everyone.

Paris is an international city. The average Frenchman has emigrated to the suburbs and sometimes buys gourmet frozen dinners at Monoprix. Paris is wealthy in many ways.

Paris seems to inspire people. Consider the history. I left with new eyes and developed senses. The city verified many things I'd suspected. Walking through the Left Bank through the seasons, I experienced a tangiable & vicarious sensation of what once was.
